St Johns Tavern is looking for a strong capable senior Chef de Partie.
At least five years experience with formal training is important, as is a mature, calm and capable manner.
We cook seasonal, locally sourced food. British & European, classical & robust regional dishes with identity.
Everything is made from scratch with fresh seasonal ingredients. As a result, we are busy so you will have to be organised, strong and consistent..
This position Is for a Solid capable chef who is willing to listen, gain knowledge and move up In the kitchen.
Salary is negotiable - starting @ £30k+ for the right individual who can make a difference.
