We are seeking an excellent Commis Chef, with an interest in Japanese & Mexican cuisine and culture, wanting career growth for an exciting restaurant opening now in the heart of Notting Hill to join our Family. This is a fantastic opportunity for an extremely passionate Chef, with attention to detail, looking to take your experience to the next level. You will be working with the best ingredients to create exceptional dishes and beautiful food in a fast-paced kitchen.

Los Mochis is the ultimate Pan-Pacific contemporary Mexican-Japanese restaurant, mixing Mexican spirit with Japanese elegance, Mexican art and design with Japanese coolness and Mexican flavours with Japanese techniques. The Commis Chef reports to the Head Chef.

Salary up to £11 per hour

As a Commis Chef we would love you to have:

Previous experience working as a Commis Chef or higher within a fast-paced quality, restaurant.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Full ownership in your role.
Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant .
Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
