Description

Little White Pig is a busy, comfortable gastropub in Edinburgh’s new town.

We are looking for a confident, talented and energetic Chef de partie / Junior sous chef . Working closely with our head chef, applicants should have at least 2 years experience working services in a busy, high quality environment. We use only fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce a high-quality gastropub style menu which is a little bit different from the rest. You should be passionate about food and hospitality with an enthusiastic, creative approach and a desire to learn . Full training will be given and you will be working through all sections in the kitchen.

We offer reasonable hours with flexible shifts, a full share of tips and 28 days holiday.

Salary starts at £23k for 45 hrs with overtime above those hours. We may offer more dependent on experience.
