Nick was amazing. He responded to my urgent request for upholstery cleaning (a velvet sofa) immediately. The service provided was 5*, from explaining the whole process to carrying it out. The sofa is now immaculate. I cannot thank him enough and shall be using Nick again as well as recommending him to my friends

Agreed to come in at 2 pm, Nick only knocked on the door and by the time tenant came down form 2nd floor to open, he was long gone. He did not even ring the bell, but called my mobile instead, and I do not live in the house .The work has not been done, and he left a message accusing me of his 90 minutes travel .2 15 pm I called his wanting him to come back to do the job, but he did not reply. At 2.30 he mocked my message and never returned to do the job. Avoid using is services , there are plenty professionals

Totally Amazing! 1st Class! Nick was super professional from the 1st time msg, gave me the right information and then went above expectations! Basically he change the look and feel of the flat ! Did the little hall extra and was always professional and sent me videos of all the dirt etc as he was left on his own in the flat and locked it up for me (totally trustworthiness too!)

1st Class service from start to finish! I had a flat with a strong (very!) dog smell .. Nick has got the best equipment and certainly the knowledge and the will for it. He saved me a lot of money as I was about to replace the carpets but after his magic carpets are clean and there is a fresh aroma in the air. Very professional and honest. I have also got videos of the procedure. I can’t stop recommending his company! So glad I book him! Thank you 🙏
