Pro-Act Construct Builders were recommended to me by an acquaintance. How lucky I was ! I dealt with Jonathan in the main but I also spoke to Gavin and a few of their colleagues. I had an excellent experience with Jonathan and the boys. I had damproofing, walls hacked off trenches dug out, vents put in, plastering and decorating in my Lounge. They did an excellent job ! They were very professional and very tidy, which made things a lot easier for my wife and I as we are very busy. Such was my trust in Jonathan and the boys, we would give them the key and allow them access to our home when they wanted. This company turn up when they say they are going to turn up and they do a full days work while Jonathan manages the whole job from start to finish. Jonathan provided me with regular updates as to how the job was going and what was going to be done next. In fact I could see the progress they were making every day when I came home from work. I have not met anyone from this company before, but I will definitely be having them back as soon as I can to do some major work to my house. Also just to finish off; the decorator Kris, did an excellent job the finish was fantastic, he was very professional as were all of the boys, from Jonathan and Gavin's company. I highly recommend Pro-Act Construct Builders to anyone.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough the work on front of house absolutely spot on…turned up on time,explained everything they were doing,and why, being very wary having been ripped off a good few times in the past, Johnathan and Steve have restored our faith in workman who say they going to do the job…and actually do a great job,in fact if I ever need any more work doing on our property these are the guys we’d call Thanks guys Colin Julie Crumpton

Great job by John and his crew. My house had quite severe rising damp and was very cold. John assessed the property pointing out all the issues which were causing problems and provided what I believe to be a fair price for the work schedule. The team came promptly and completed the all the work in good time. All the issues were sorted and the property is much the better for it. The team were all skilled and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again for future work. A big thanks from me.
