Due to busy lifestyle commitments we have had to sell our beloved caravan. It is situated in the heart of Pembrokeshire, narbeth is 5 minute drive around 20 minutes to Tenby and saundersfoot. Amroth and Wisemans bridge is 15 minutes; along with other beautiful beaches around. Folly farm is also 15 minutes. The caravan is on Grondre holiday park which has a sports bar, small arcade l, outdoor heated swimming pool and a clubhouse which is being refurbed ready for the new season in March. There is 4 years left on the lease, the park does offer a yearly rolling contract as long as the caravan is well maintained. Site fees are payed into January 1st 26 We are open to offers.
