Included in the sale is the fridge freezer, microwave oven, wooden steps, two large gas cylinders (One of which is at least ½ full) and the associated pipework, Mounting pole and TV aerial. Support and levelling jacks. Three bedrooms. Two have 2 single beds and the main bedroom has a double sized mattress. We used one of the bedrooms as our office during the rebuild. Overall it is in good condition for its age but some TLC could make it better. It is able to be comfortably used as it is though. Would be ideal for temporary accommodation during a house refurbishment or as seasonal accommodation. Priced to sell. £3500 OVNO.
