Formerly known as Allhallows, this re-vamped holiday park has a prime position overlooking the Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 10 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year). The park facilities have recently been upgraded with a new clubhouse, a new Wetherspoons, a re-vamped yacht club, new takeaway restaurants, and a new Adventure Village for children. Plans are underway for a new swimming complex. The park also has a fishing lake, nightly entertainment, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. There's also an active owners team who organise events.

This caravan is in very good condition for its age and will make an ideal getaway for families looking to enjoy the park’s great facilities. The decking will be ideal for pets and toddlers, and a great place to relax and enjoy the sea air.
