Front Converts into a large double bed and the rear converts into a double bed with bunk bed over the top. This area can be separated at night.

3 Way Fridge with Freezer. 12v, 240v and Gas, Sink with draining board and cover.

4 Burner Hob, Grill and Oven. (Oven Rarely Used)

Ample amount of storage throughout.

Thetford Cassette Toilet, Pull Down sink and Shower. Shower Tray in excellent condition. On site facilities so shower not used.

Cushions are in excellent condition and it’s just had a new carpet fitted.

Hot and Cold water. Great Pressure from water pump.

12v and 240v lighting.

TV aerial with Booster box.

Fan master heater with Air blown heating. This operates on Gas and in full working order.

Black out blinds and fly blinds throughout all in working order.

Windows and skylights open and close as they should.

It’s been very well looked after internally for its age.

Externally it’s been well looked after for its age, only thing to point out is the rear off side corner was caught on a post and caused some light damage. It doesn’t affect the caravan in anyway and has been resealed. Cosmetic damage.

Both tyres are in excellent condition and was fitted 2 years ago.

Complete with Ventura Full size awning with light weight poles and curtains, removable side panels as well, This is grey and blue in colour and in excellent condition.

40LTR Aqua Roll and Handle, 38LTR wastemaster and Bag, 85 Amp Powerline leisure battery, 7KG Gas Bottle, 25m Hook up lead, Double step, Leg winder, Waste connections, Wheel Clamp, Hitch Lock, Spare wheel, Leg winder Etc. It’s complete with all accessories.

It tows very well and all external towing lights are working, 7 Pin plug for towing lights.

Total Length including the A frame is 20ft and External width is 7ft.

Unladen weight is 860KGS and Fully Laden is 1100KGS. Very Light weight.

Sometime in its life it has been over boarded by the small back window on the side wall, small amount of softness by the water heater under the seat and a splash back has been added behind the cooker on the wall. The rest of the caravan is fine and the floor is solid throughout. There has been some Aluminium rot on the body work is some small places. This has been over sealed and touched in to prevent it getting any worse.

The external lockers have been resealed as well as the front and back awning rails. The front and back hinge bars have been resealed as well. Peace of mind knowing it’s done.

Everything works as it should other than the Gas on the water heater. Everything will be shown working to the new owner.


It has been valeted inside and out including all the lockers and roof as well. Spotlessly clean throughout.


Full set of grey cushion covers which are included in the sale. Seats have always been protected.

Please remember this is not a brand new caravan and has been used, It does have marks and being upfront and honest with what im selling.

For the caravans age it’s has been very well looked after other than the points i have made above which are cosmetic.

The rear bunk bed will require a piece of memory foam to act as the mattress.

The caravan is Cris Registered with registration document present, 1 previous owner from new, Various manuals for appliances and 2 keys.
