Here is our LHD 1985 VW T25 Wesfalia Joker in Beige - US Import.
What a wonderful van! We've had so many adventures - Got us hooked on VanLife...
Mileage 268,500km ~ 166800miles
1.9l Petrol Engine - NEW in 2022 (at 253000km) - done 15,000km
4 Berth Camper with rock n roll bed and bed in roof, Pop Top, Fiamma F35 Awning, New Fridge, leisure battery, swivel passenger seat, 2 hobs (underslung gas tank), sink with running water, Electric hookup converted with 3pin plug for 240v when on hookup. Radio sound system with USB and Bluetooth, lots of storage, Chrome bumpers and hubcaps, Bike Rack for 3 bikes, curtains all round,
Imported in 2005 and purchased by previous owner, then we have owned it since 2021.
Here's a list of work we done on it:
New engine (From Just Kampers) in 2022 - 1.9l petrol
New starter motor
New Fuel Pump
New Batteries
New radiator
4 new tyres
and all other bits done by our local garage - you can see on the MOTS and various bit of paperwork.
Previous owner had replaced the fridge - new fridge is much better than the original Westfalia fridge which is more like a cold box - this one makes ice and works really well, especially on hookup.
Paintwork is good - some small bits of rust in the usual places (Seams behind front doors etc) - solid underneath from being in California most of its life.
Previous owner did the paint job - back to metal and full respray in 2016 - I have the paperwork.
We have loved owning her - taken us on trips to Cornwall, the Lake District and to Normandy, Brittany and Paris...
Selling as we have an opportunity to buy another vehicle.
Price is now £10000 ono - a lot of functionality and in good shape. Ready for some more adventures...
