Here for sale is my 2005 Fiat Ducato Burstner Argos A748-2 Motorhome 6Birth. 67537 miles, 2 Keys, MOT 28/07/2026.

Comprehensive service history with lots of bills and invoices. New clutch kit recently fitted as well as timing belt kit. Just had new brake pads all round with new front discs and front wheel bearing. There is a stack of paperwork with the van with invoices for all major repairs done, including clutch, timing belt, waterpump etc.

Has a an engine remap which makes it around 155-160bhp, from the standard 126 which has made a huge difference and totally made the vehicle much better on the road. Will happily cruise at 60mph without straining. Will do 25-30mpg dependent on load, driving style and wind direction.

Fixed queen size bed over cab, fixed king size rear over large garage. Sofa makes into a double.
120L Fresh water tank & 100L Waste tank. All tanks and pipes are insulated and frost protected. Alde 5Kw gas hot water boiler and wet heating system which runs throughout the motorhome including the under floor storage and garage area. This system can be heated by engine coolant via a pump and heat ex-changer so the engine heats the entire vehicle whilst driving. The water pump for the shower and two taps has been upgraded so you can have a very decent shower for a motorhome).
There is a 5Kw diesel heater with 15L tank fitted which has a remote control so can be turned on without getting out of bed. Essential in cold weather as the Alde system takes a little while to heat up with it being a coolant and radiator type system. Also cheaper to run and keeps the van toasty.

This motorhome is fully off grid capable with 3x 405w solar panels 1230w total. Complete bispoke victron off grid setup :- Multiplus -II 3000 12v Inverter Charger, Smart Solar charge controller 150/70a, Smart Buckboost 700w 50a DC-DC charger, Lynx 1000a distributor. All connected to a Roamer 460Ah Lithium Smart Leisure Battery. To put simply, you have 230v mains power and will power anything up to 3000w through the inverter-kettle, air fryer, toaster, hairdryer etc. This was built to live in fully off grid and have done so only needing a generator backup in the middle of winter when the solar can't produce enough. The engine alternator also charges the leisure battery when you are driving.

There are multiple USB charging ports installed throughout. Very large rear garage under fixed bed will fit 4x adult bikes or 2 motorbikes easily. LED upgraded reversing lights with rear view camera.
3 Burner gas hob, gas oven & grill, 3 way fridge (which is connected to inverter). Kitchen area and bathroom have upgraded led strip lighting.

There is a scorpion tracker fitted which hasn't been activated, never bothered with it as it was installed by previous owner. There are invoices for the clutch kit and timing belt kit which are from 2024. There is a new full 11kg flogas LPG bottle in the locker ready to go.
Probably stuff I have forgot to mention. Selling due to wanting to downsize back to a camper van. I also have a low power microwave which I can include if you want not in the photos but in the garage. Includes 16A heavy duty hook up cable 25m. Had a full service last year but hasn't done 2000 miles since then. Last habitation check done 12/1/2024.
