Description
Position: Temporary Nanny Housekeeper
Location: Hackney, London
Start Date/Duration: Beginning of January for 3–4 weeks
Days/Hours: 4 days per week, 6–7 hours per day
Children: 5 years old, 2 years old, and a newborn due mid-December

A warm and welcoming family in Hackney is seeking a temporary nanny housekeeper to provide steady support during the first few weeks after the arrival of their newborn. This role suits someone experienced, calm and confident caring for multiple young children while also helping to keep the home running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organised, nurturing and able to balance gentle newborn assistance with supporting the older children and maintaining a tidy, well-managed home environment.
Duties include:
supporting parents with newborn routines and light baby-related tasks
helping with the 5-year-old and 2-year-old’s daily routines, play and activities
assisting with school or nursery runs when needed
general tidying and keeping the home clean and well organised
managing family laundry, ironing and maintaining children’s wardrobes
preparing simple meals or snacks for the children
creating a calm, supportive and well-structured atmosphere each day
Salary to be discussed at the interview
Requirements:
Current Paediatric First Aid
Current Enhanced DBS
UK work permit
