About this Child: James is an intellectually gifted and curious 6-year-old with a very high IQ. He enjoys chess, Lego, imaginative play, nature, wall climbing, and gymnastics. He benefits from structured support with social communication, confidence, and emotional regulation, alongside homeschooling and therapeutic input including OT and SLT. He responds best to a calm, supportive environment where learning is naturally integrated into play and daily routines.

The Role at a Glance: This part-time role provides engaging, therapy-informed support in the home. You will implement OT/SLT strategies in everyday activities, encourage social communication and emotional regulation, and work alongside the family’s homeschooling approach. Creativity and flexibility are key, embedding development goals into play, hobbies, and routines.

This Job Would Suit: An enthusiastic and experienced SEN professional (male or female) already living in Dubai, with a background in Special Educational Needs or therapy-based education. You should be confident applying therapeutic strategies, enjoy creative problem-solving, and be able to engage a gifted child’s intellect and curiosity.

Why You’ll Love This Role: A rewarding opportunity to work in a flexible home-schooling environment where professional creativity is valued. You will make a meaningful impact while applying therapeutic skills in an engaging, real-world setting.
