A lovely family based in Basildon are seeking an experienced and reliable part time nanny housekeeper to assist with the care of their two children aged 2 and 5 years old, alongside helping with the smooth running of their home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone warm, organised and confident balancing childcare and housekeeping responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive and able to create a fun and supportive environment for the children while ensuring the home remains tidy and organised. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.

Duties include:

providing attentive and caring support for the children
planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and play
supporting daily routines and developmental milestones
preparing meals and snacks for the children
assisting with nursery and school-related routines when required
general housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
laundry, ironing and household organisation
keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised
helping ensure the household runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
