Selling my 2010 Audi A3 8p 2.0 TDI 170 BHP CR - CBBB

Its the S-line Black Edition with a high spec which includes:-

Cruise control
Front projector headlights
Half leather seats
Front heated seats
Rear heated seats (rare option)
Boss sound system with subwoofer (also had bluetooth/SD card/USB/AUX retro fitted)

Previous owner was a HGV mechanic and i myself am a mechanic. The car is 101k miles and needs and wants for nothing.

-New discs and pads all around (500 miles)
-New Clutch, Flywheel and Slave cylinder ( The clutch looked great but the slave cylinder had a small leak, so i changed clutch & flywheel)
-EGR deleted
-Car has had alot of maintenance done by myself and previous owner. This includes new thermostat (common issue on these they stick open, i replaced it with OEM part)
-Timing belt and water pump done some years ago due to age
- New premium tyres (falkens)
- Wheels are freshly powder coated and dont have a mark on them.
- Bodywork has had a stage 1 polish and ceramic coating.

The car looks amazing for its year, 2 keys. HPI Clear. Pages upon Pages of receipts, oil changes, parts, proof of all work done. Previous owners 2 (2 owners from same household) Genuine reason for sale.

Serious buyers i can take out on a long test drive for peace of mind, any inspection welcome (feel free to message me anything you would like to inspect etc i can get the car on my ramps).

All the big replacements have been done. No tyre kickers or time wasters etc. Thank you.

Priced to sell. Many others may be a similar price but wont have a brand new clutch and flywheel amongst all the other maintenance done.
