A bright and spacious ceramic / artist studio space is available in Leyton Industrial Village on Argall Avenue (E10).

The studio is shared by four independent ceramicists, each with their own dedicated workspace, creating a friendly and professional working environment.

I'm looking for someone to either share my studio area with me or take over the entire space. The setup is flexible and comes with 24/7 access, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time ceramicists. Ideally, you’ll have experience glazing and firing your own work, but if needed, I can provide some training while you get to know the studio.

The studio is primarily a ceramic studio, but you don't necessarily need to be a potter to take the space. If you're a different kind of artist or maker, you're very welcome to use it as a creative workspace. There is a large worktable, plenty of shelving and generous storage, so the space could suit a range of creative practices.

There is also the opportunity to teach classes or run workshops from the studio if you wish.

Half space: £300/month + glaze firing costs
Full space: £670/month + glaze firing costs (currently £450/month with the current member set-up, enquire for details)
