Vintage Wadeheath Octagonal Biscuit Barrel – 1930s Imari Pattern – England
Beautiful vintage Wadeheath octagonal biscuit barrel, dating from the 1930s, decorated in the classic Imari pattern with vibrant cobalt blue, iron red, and gold highlights.
Features a woven handle, matching domed lid, and the Wadeheath England backstamp on the base marked Britex Ware.
Approx. 18cm tall x 14cm diameter. In excellent vintage condition, with only very slight glaze cracking to the base lacquer – barely visible and consistent with age. A fine collector’s piece of early 20th-century English pottery.
