This is a fantastic vintage solid oak pedestal desk made by Crusader, a division of Vickers-Armstrongs,
I collect this desk from a lady who”s husband was an engineer in Vickers , he was allowed to take this desk when he retired.
known for producing high-quality British office furniture. It’s a really handsome, characterful piece with all the charm you’d expect from an early–mid 20th century desk, including dovetailed drawers, chunky integrated handles and that classic sturdy build you only get with older oak furniture.
