Duties

* Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, collaborating with engineering teams as necessary.

* Document process parameters, production data, and any incidents that occur during operations.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.

Skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.

* Proficiency in operating various types of manufacturing equipment.

* Understanding of process control systems and methodologies.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering role is advantageous but not essential.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to manufacturing processes is preferred.
