Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in a successful office for an experienced Administrator. This is a busy role based in a fast based environment working with a great team.


General Duties Include:

Communicating with tenants and landlords.
Creating tenancy agreements and all other required paperwork.
Carrying out referencing on tenants and guarantors.
Processing deposit payments.
Bank reconciliation and rental payments.
Chasing overdue rent payments.
General administration.
Answering all queries via phone calls and emails.
Supporting the sales team.
Attending viewings.


The candidate needs to be organised, possess good people skills and be confident with customers both face to face and over the phone.

Previous experience within a property environment isn't essential as full training will be given but must have knowledge of Word and Excel. An excellent eye for detail is essential as you will be creating legal documents and there is little room for error.


£15.5k - £17k + bonus
