A company who specialise in provide high quality administrative support services to advertising, media, PR companies are looking to hire an exceptional Operations Administrator to join a team in South West London.

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent administration support to an innovative Digital Marketing Agency,

As the successful Operations Administrator you will have a number of key responsibilities:

*Act as a point of contact for individual clients, including regular client visits.
*Continually improve customer service.
Services
*Support reception ensuring we meet agreed service levels.
*Maintain and enhance working relationships with Service Partners.
*Ensure a smooth interface to deliver the highest possible standards to the customer.
*Undertake specific duties relevant to site operation including Meeting Room Management co-ordination, ID preparation, and administration.
*Manage courier/taxi/travel request and ensure all request are logged/tracked as per company guidelines.
*Assist with ad-hoc projects and events.
*Cross-train other members of the office services team
*Cross-train in other areas of the office services team so that you have an understanding of other roles and are able to assist in cases of sickness/holiday
*Accurately follow wider office services procedures
*Maintaining and updating records, files and logbooks including:
*Maintain a safe working environment.
*Maintain a basic working knowledge of safety procedures and current Health and Safety legislation.
*Participation in incident management.
*Potentially take on the role of fire warden (internal training will be provided for this)

*Assist in the implementation of effective communication processes across the Facilities & Office Service team locally and globally.
*Provide administrative support to the team as required.

The role is working Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm and is paying a generous starting salary of £24,000 per annum + additional benefits.
