*About the Role*
We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service in Berkshire from our Burnham office as we expand nationally. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and maintaining excellent standards of care.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Manage and support care staff, including recruitment and training
* Oversee care planning, audits, and quality assurance
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Drive service growth and maintain occupancy levels
* Handle safeguarding and incident management
*Requirements*
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in care
* NVQ Level 5 / Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and inspections
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
*Desirable*
* Experience in domiciliary care as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
* Track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC ratings
