Wakefield - Hybrid - 2 days in office per week

3 month contract

£350 per day Inside IR35

Description

We need your analytical skills, experience, persistence and dedication to get it right! You'll be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, handling organisational change, SLA consistency and Problem & Trend analysis within the Global Brokerage division.

Your Role:

Operate the Release Governance processes for software release and major patching exercises

Support Delivering Application PMs through the change program

Conduct "Post Issue Reviews" for Issues in the process

Contribute to service evaluations and produce Management Information

Improve and develop the reputation of the IT Function within the business through smooth operation and clear communication around change and release

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Must have :

Release management experience for Application change, ideally with in-house developed applications.

Experience within IT operations coupled with experience of operating in an ITIL framework-led approach to operations.

Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build constructive working relationships across a range of technical and business functions.Good to have :

Exposure to Secure System Delivery Lifecycles (sSDLC) and experience working with developers in an Agile framework

Knowledge and experience working with BMC Remedy tool

ITIL Certification

Degree in IT or similar experience
