Key Responsibilities:

* Manage warm remortgage leads and contact clients within agreed SLAs.

* Build strong customer relationships and match clients with suitable mortgage and protection services.

* Track, follow up, and nurture client journeys via CRM.

* Upsell/cross-sell products while maintaining compliance and a customer-first approach.

What We’re Looking For:

* CeMAP 1 qualified or studying towards it (essential).

* Strong communication, admin, and sales/customer service experience.

* Motivated, resilient, and eager to become a successful Mortgage Advisor.

* Local to Oldham or able to commute reliably.
