Description

Roselands Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Brighton to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a 4 month fixed-term contract.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who has some previous payroll experience and is available to start immediately.

The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, and comes with a range of great benefits, including free on-site parking, a subsidised canteen, and much more!

Roles and Responsibilities

*

Manage incoming enquiries via the inbox, face-to-face or by telephone, ensuring timely responses.

*

Assist the team in processing payroll for the organisation.

*

Respond to enquiries and support in maintaining records.

*

Ensure pay and benefits data is correctly recorded in internal systems and archived according to statutory requirements.

*

Administer the monthly timesheet process.

*

Support ongoing payroll projects.

*

Draft and distribute letters related to payroll

*

Undertake any other duties as directed by your line manager.

Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, including health and safety.

Adhere to all applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.

Skills Required

We’re seeking a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and previous experience in administrative roles.

Payroll experience is essential for this position, along with the ability to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract
