A growing advice-led brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser and a Protection Specialist to join the team. The Role

This is an opportunity to focus on quality advice and client outcomes, with a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily. You ll collaborate with an experienced support team to ensure each client receives a smooth and positive journey.

Key Responsibilities

Work with 2 4 pre-qualified appointments per day from internal lead sources You ll have access to an in-house marketing team if you want to build your own book, too Provide clear, compliant advice on mortgages and/or protection products Liaise with support administrators and fellow advisers to maintain strong client experience Ensure great outcomes and maintain strong client relationships Option to work with an in-house marketing function to build your personal client base About You

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Ideally 2 4 years experience in a regulated advice or office-based role Strong understanding of mortgages, protection and the client advice process Collaborative, positive and reliable; able to balance pace with quality Client-first approach with genuine care for outcomes What s On Offer
