Salary: GBP25,000 basic plus OTE GBP50,000 to GBP75,000 per year (uncapped commission)

We are looking for confident and motivated telesales professionals to join our expanding team. You will be working with warm leads only, no cold calling, speaking to customers over the phone and helping them secure the right life insurance policy.

Your day-to-day work will involve calling customers, discussing their needs, advising them on the most suitable policies, recommending the right level of cover and guiding them through the full application process from start to finish. Full training is provided and no previous life insurance experience is required.

You must have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and the confidence to ask questions and listen carefully to the answers. Previous telesales or sales experience is preferred.

We offer a basic salary of GBP25,000 with realistic on-target earnings between GBP50,000 and GBP75,000 per year. Commission is uncapped and paid per live policy.
