As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across various projects. The position is client-facing and ideal for an enthusiastic team player with experience in both industry and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the preparation of management accounts Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial insights Reviewing statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including IFRS and UK GAAP Implementing financial controls and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting Delivering commercial finance insights to clients and internal teams Managing one-off financial projects, including system reviews and control assessments Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across business areas

Experience Required:

Fully qualified accountant Strong technical accounting knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAPs Proven experience managing a client portfolio with high levels of engagement Excellent communication skills A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning Experience with cloud accounting software and financial technology solutions
