About the Role:

My client are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their friendly team in Sutton Coldfield. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service while maximising retention and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clientsProcessing policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new businessProviding technical insurance advice to clientsBuilding strong relationships with insurers and clientsUsing Acturis to manage documentation and workflows

Must Have:

Previous commercial insurance account handling experienceProficiency with Acturis softwareStrong knowledge of commercial insurance productsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCert CII qualification (or working towards)Benefits:
