FOH Front of House - BRAT Restaurant
Tomos Parry, previously of Kitty Fishers, has opened his new restaurant BRAT, in Shoreditch, and is seeking talented Front of House staff to join his team.
Originally a colloquial term for ‘Turbot’, BRAT draws on Tomos’s Welsh heritage and influence from the Basque region of Northern Spain, with a menu favouring seasonal native British produce, cooked on an open fire wood grill in an open kitchen.
BRAT is collaborating on the wine list with Keeling Andrew & Co, the new wine import company set up by the founders of Noble Rot. Expect interesting wines from old cellars alongside a list of sherry’s they are beginning to bring into the country.
The ideal candidate:
Enthusiastic about pouring and drinking wine on an old world focussed list. A natural and warm style at the table. Passionate about the sourcing and cooking of native produce. Comfortable engaging with our chef team around an open kitchen. Looking to work with a company that promotes from within and provides opportunity to grow.
