Chef de Partie
My client is a uniquely styled dining venue that prides itself on in house and local produce. The venue is based in Radnage, Buckinghamshire. They are on the lookout for an experienced Chef de Partie capable of working at multi Rosette standards to strengthen the brigade under a talented Head Chef.
The kitchen uses some very traditional equipment and techniques in order to pull off the menu which is based around cooking food over a ‘locally felled wood’ fire.
The menu is designed around utilising as much of the home made/developed produce as possible while adapting constantly and remaining very seasonal.
The menu on offer uses very traditional techniques to prepare so the ideal candidate would be keen to develop some unique and rare cooking techniques under a knowledgeable Chef.
Current CdP’s will be considered as well as talented Demi/Commis Chefs looking to take on more senior roles.
The salary will be a guaranteed package up to £23,000 with an immediate trial available for the right candidate
