We focus on serving proper pub food with a British farmhouse focus allowing seasonality and quality of ingredients to lead our menus…. Home baked breads, casseroles, pies, suet puddings, summer salads, river & sea fish, terrines & pate, homemade chutneys & pickles & preserves, hedgerow desserts.
You’ll be working in one of Oxford’s most varied kitchens. As well as delivering high standards in our main restaurant you’ll be giving full support to our Executive & Head Chef to coordinate our garden food offer and event catering.
The position of Chef de Partie will require you to be highly motivated, organised, detail oriented and ambitious. You will be a key player in the kitchen team….
We currently have permanent full-time positions available. In return we are offering a salary package of up to £25,000, including tips, meals on duty, uniform, company pension, full training & a generous staff discount in our other Oxford restaurants.
