Tasks will include;
- Resolving proactive monitoring alerts
- Deploying the latest security updates
- Systems maintenance
- Upgrading customer systems
- Incident Management
- Process Compliance
You will be providing support and maintenance across;
- Network Security
- Networking (Routing and Switching)
- Data-centre (servers, storage and virtualisation)
- Backup and DR
You will also be expected to act in accordance with GCI’s corporate security standard.
