To work with the Head Chef to maximise the business potential of the catering operation through effective product development, staff leadership and delivery of a consistently high quality offer and customer service.
The post holder is responsible for the day to day kitchen operation and deputises for the Head Chef as required, with specific responsibility for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food, to agreed standards.
The post holder will be responsible for managing up to 6 other chefs at any one time. Must have experience managing a busy kitchen.
