Part time Secretary/typist required to assist in a small office.
We are looking for a part time secretary to cover someone who has left for 9 months maternity leave.
Your duties will include all aspects of assisting in the running of a small office such as typing, filing, sending out mailshots, keeping records, answering the phone and ordering stock etc. For some of the time you will be working along side another part time employee but other time you will be required to work alone.
Office experience and typing essential. Use of mail merge and data bases are useful.
Initially looking for someone to do between 20 and 25 hours a week but with increased hours over school holiday periods. Some flexibility with the hours worked between normal office hours.
Rate of pay is £8.50 per hour but negotiable depending on experience.
