Experienced Senior Pastry & Patisserie Chef
The Manna House is an award winning artisan bakery and patisserie on Easter Road in Edinburgh where we make cakes, pastries, fine French patisserie, savouries and bread from scratch every day.
We're looking for a Senior Full time Patisserie chef to join our team, The individual would need to have at least 4 -5 years of experience from a high end background and be run the section and take leadership over the other pastry chef in creating recipes and deserts to a high standard, as well as be comfortable with stock control and ordering. We do a wide range of pastries including cakes, slices, tarts and high end patisserie.
We’re a small team and we expect everyone to pull their weight across any area of the business needing support – but it’s a fun and friendly environment to work in. Kitchen shifts start at 6am to 2 pm and you'll be working 5 days a week including weekends.
