Chef De Partie / Pastry CDP
Your duties as CDP / Pastry CDP will include the following -
To take charge of a designated section in the kitchen and produce all food for that section as directed by menus and Senior sous / Junior Sous / Head Chef . To be flexible and support with shift covers when required
To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.To assist in the development and planning of menus
To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
Ensure your presentation of food is aligned with the restaurant standards.
Take guidance from management team to ensure targets are met with labour and food costs.
