We are an independent mortgage intermediary with access to the whole of market for mortgage and insurance products.

Main purpose of the Role : To effectively manage the processing of mortgage cases received from Mortgage Advisors to offer stage, thereafter liaise directly with clients/agents/solicitors to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Advisers
  • Collecting documents from clients and check.
  • Filling up client's fact file online and in paper form
  • Scanning and printing
  • Maintain client database
  • Answering calls
  • Update our clients on a regular basis
  • Deal with all new cases
  • Liaise with lenders, advisers and clients.
  • Reply to emails
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organized and able to priorities task.
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
