Motor Claims Handler for Credit Hire Company
We are an Essex based credit hire company, looking for a Claims Handler to deal with varied motor claims resulting from Road Traffic Accidents at our office in Chigwell, Essex.
Job description as follows:-
As a Claims Handler you will be responsible for making contact and processing the initial investigations and documentation for the customer’s motor claim.
• Generating correspondence
• Generating your own clientele
• Liaising with clients
• Collating client information
• Analysing Claim information and vetting viability of claims.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Communicating directly with clients, insurers and solicitors.
• General administration duties
• Industry experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Eye for detail
• Educated to degree level or relevant experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to handle own caseload
Working days 8.30am-5.30pm
This is a full time, permanent post. Salary £15,000 to £17,000 depending on candidate.
