Experienced full time chef de partie
We are looking for an experienced chef to help the Head chef lead and supervise our kitchen team at the butterfly and the pig. Over 12 years we have built a good reputation for serving locally sourced fresh food using traditional recipes to create good, hearty meals. Any successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team whilst continuing to build on this reputation. Other duties Involveorganising and involvement in preparation, cooking and serving of food in a busy city centre bar/restaurant.
We are looking for a long term member of staff who can be part of our team. The successful candidate should have a very good understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness is essential.
English language skills essential and current elementary food hygiene certificate helpful, although training will be provided.
Hours - Full time hours 45-50hrs per week, hours dependent on rota and staff holidays.
Salary - Depending on experience, skills and eventual Job position from £21,000 to £24,000 per annum plus tips.
