Situated within the Hospitality Function of this Global Law Firm, this is a great opportunity for a passionate Sous/Senior Sous Chef looking to progress in the world of Fine Dining Contract Catering. Working in a brigade of 8, overseen by a fantastic Executive Chef who is keen for the holder of this role to progress in to a Head Chef role within 6 months. This kitchen works with some of the finest ingredients in London and serves high profile clients on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous Sous Chef or higher experience in a Fine Dining Hospitality (Contract Catering) background and should be happy to run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.Experience required:Previous experience in a Sous Chef role in a Fine Dining Contract Catering Environment
A passion for high quality produce
