About The Role

Help keep the curtain up at one of the UK’s leading theatres by ensuring that all routine and scheduled maintenance tasks are actioned and completed to the highest standards. This could include executing testing programmes and carrying out minor electrical, plumbing and decorative work. You will also get involved in any ad hoc maintenance work as required. Important will be the ability to work with contractors, follow processes accurately, update records and operate safely.

You must possess sound electrical knowledge and a good understanding of general lighting systems coupled with experience of building maintenance, painting, plumbing, woodworking and lamp replacement. You will demonstrate and understanding of the importance of working to Health and Safety standards. You will be used to operating online systems and comfortable working at height too. Customer focused you will have an eye for detail and a willingness to take the initiative and solve problems when needed. A City and Guilds 236 part 11 would be an advantage.
