We are currently looking for a person to work in our busy Finance office as a Payroll/Accounts Assistant.
The work is based around double-entry book-keeping on a fully computerised system. The day to day work includes processing Sales & Purchasing invoices, dealing with
Timesheets, employee expenses, Credit Control, Bank reconciliation and other ad hoc duties to assist the Financial Controller with the management accounts.
Experience to Trial Balance and Profit & Loss account, as well as detail knowledge of CIS and PAYE, is essential.
Some experience on Merit Payroll Software and Exchequer would be beneficial.
