Paramount Personnel are recruiting a talented Food & Beverage Manager for a luxurious hotel in Cornwall
This historic hotel is lavishly designed with beautifully appointed bedrooms and offers a fine dining, 2 Rosette Restaurant along with other more informal dining areas, lounges and bar.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be uncompromising where standards are concerned and have a proven track record of success in similar role within a quality hotel.
With a focus on attention to detail, you’ll ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the hotel and that their guest’s expectations are exceeded. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the day to day management of the Food and Beverage department and also assisting in the running of the whole Hotel operation to help ensure all departments are achieving the required standard. You must have a strong Food and Beverage background and have extensive experience of working within a luxury hotel up to 2 Rosette.
