Where does this role fit in?

You'll be responsible for delivery of all front end development projects including responsive emails and landing pages with a strong creative background, you will work in collaboration with the digital team and will be instrumental in the successful delivery of effective campaigns across platform/browsers/devices.

Predominantly working on email development, you'll be interpreting a wide range of briefs, from basic quick designs, to complicated and more intricate developments. You'll have a strong creative background and be able to work to tight deadlines as you work on front-end development projects for a range of our clients. This is a midweight developer position and you'll be able to take design concepts through to the finished product with minimal guidance.

You have high standards for your work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to tight time constraints without loss of accuracy.

  • Expert knowledge of HTML, HTTP, HTTPS, CSS3, PHP, Node.js, SQL Database
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors and JavaScript Frameworks such as Bootstrap and jQuery including developing or knowledge of writing custom plugins
  • CSS, LESS & SASS experience with task runners eg. Gulp
  • Competent in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • AngularJS and React JS7
  • Experience with HTML integration with WordPress and Magento
  • Creative background at agency level
  • Email testing software such as Litmus, EmailOnAcid
  • Deployment software experience such as Campaign monitor and Dotmail
  • Strong understanding UX/UI
  • Experience of working within version control such as Git or Subversion
  • Google and Restful APIs
  • Experimented with CoffeScript, Less, WebSockets and Node.js. - Desirable
