This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, busy team within an expanding department. We are looking for a bright, IT savvy, organised colleague with great customer service skills too.

The Role

  • Maintain the customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Produce quotes using Word and Excel for the sales managers.
  • Check order paperwork, costing sheets, equipment lists and order value calculations.
  • Order processing (using bespoke systems and procedures).
  • Communicate with clients and potential clients by telephone and email.
  • Log service calls from Corporate clients.
  • Liaise with department managers and supervisors (particularly Installation & Service).
  • Book hotels / update electronic calendars invites and diaries / process expense claims.

The Package

  • Salary: £13,800 - £14,625 p.a.
  • Permanent, Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours pw).
  • Immediate start available.

  • 20 days holiday p.a. + Bank Holidays.
