Monday-Friday 7.30am-3.30pm No Evening, Weekends and Bank holidays.

You understand that being a great chef is not just about cooking but the ability to work with a team, manage costs, negotiate and build relationship with suppliers as well as being compliant, from both a Food Hygiene and Food safety perspective. Also, our kitchens are often open plan, so you have the confidence and knowledge to share your passion with informed customers. Having the flexibility and autonomy to create and use your innovative ideas is important to you.
GCSE level education or above. NVQ qualification or equivalent. Good craft skills background. Successful progressive background in catering. Food Hygiene Certificate. Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service. Good organisational skills. Ability to plan ahead. Ability to work on own initiative. Good communicator at all levels. Good delegation and influencing skills. Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation. Good listening skills. Smart clean appearance, high standard of personal hygiene. Confident, lively and outgoing personality. Approachable, friendly and cheerful. Respectful and able to gain respect
Successful progressive background in contract catering. Good numeracy skills. Demonstrate analytical approach to problem solving. Proficient at working with computers. Keen to continue self development within current role and ambition for further promotion or growth.
