Fuller’s first airport pub, London’s Pride offers respite and refreshment to Heathrow travellers. Located at one of the world’s busiest airports, you can expect plenty of international visitors right throughout the day. Breakfasts and coffees are served from a special market area, while other unique features include a library and an open kitchen.

Please be aware in order to work at Heathrow you are required to provide five years work/education history & undergo a full criminal record check.

London’s Pride is Fullers only airport pub located air side at Heathrow’s terminal 2. Only 8.5 miles from our world famous brewery in Chiswick we give customers that last chance of tasting REAL ale before jetting off. Our staff are multi trained to deal with all aspects of service from hosting to delivering our great food. With a front of house team of 40 and finishing 2nd for the best customer service over all four terminals this really is the best place to be.

For any General Manager, Fuller’s is a special company to work for. You’ll get lots of help and support from Head Office when you need it, but also plenty of encouragement to put your own spin on the pub.

You can take plenty of pride in the role too, knowing that Fuller’s ales, food and service has a reputation as some of the very best in the business.

You’ll need to be commercially minded, making the right decisions to keep customers pouring through the doors. Importantly though, you’ll be a people-person too - mindful that to many, you’re still a good old-fashioned ‘Landlord’.

And of course, you’ll have a team to look after. So we’re looking for somebody with true leadership qualities – able to keep both the customers and the team smiling.

Could you be Fuller’s newest high flyer? We are recruiting for the new General Manager of London's Pride, one of Fuller’s most high-profile sites, situated at Heathrow’s Queen’s Terminal 2. After an incredibly successful 2 years at the pub, Lisa will be leading the Swan, Hyde Park through its refurbishment, relaunch and success. As General manager, you will be in command of over 60 crew, serving food and drink worth over £3.5 million.

This is a fast paced, high profile flagship operation that requires an experienced leader to deliver a high standard quick turn around without any compromise on service or standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely well organised General Manager that can drive their team to deliver high standards while continuing to deliver the financial success of the pub & embracing the Fuller’s culture. Catering for the huge numbers of passengers passing through the airport the pub is perfect place to send passengers on their way with lasting memory of the Fuller's experience.

Building a great working relationship with key stakeholders at Heathrow will be critical to success, as will the ability to predict how changes in passenger flow will impact business. Air-side competition at the airport is strong and whilst London's Pride is the only pub, numerous other eateries and bars mean that your service needs to on a point all day everyday.
