Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join the expansion of our Sushi Restaurant Group.

• As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and organize the restaurant efficiently and thoughtfully, as the second on board.
• You will be a great support to the General Manager, working as the Holding General Manager when needed.
• You will assure the proper running of the production process on a daily basis, according to the sales marketing plan.
• You will report to the Head Office an exhaustive daily record of the restaurant operations, on comparative basis.
• You will treat each team member as if they were part of your own family.
• Knowledge of the Delivery sector will be a bonus.

Salary rate will start on £23,000 per year + bonus + paid overtime, with a thorough promotion programme.
