1st Head Chef
We are delighted to be looking for someone with Sous/Head Chef experience in the hospitality sector to work a 6-month contract managing a brand new café mobilisation launch in the Angel area of London.
The successful applicant would be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen as well as managing stock, health and safety and environmental compliance.
To be considered for this position applicants should be:
- Confident leading a team
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Passionate about good food and drink
- Experienced in the role, having sous level experience or higher
- Highly organised and able to manage their time well
- Food hygiene & management Lvl 3
- Keen to learn and develop
- Fluent in English
The job would begin in early March until the end of August with an option(availability depending) to stay on full time afterwards.
